Fees

Therapy is an investment in your wellbeing and relationships. Evans-Carlson Counselling offers both individual and couples counselling sessions virtually across British Columbia, with in-person support available in Lake Cowichan.

Current session rates are as follows:

  • Individual Counselling Session (50 Minutes): $155

  • Couples Counselling Session (80 Minutes): $225

  • Free 15-Minute Consultation Calls Available

Sessions are available by video or phone, depending on your preferences and needs. Payment is due at the time of your appointment, and receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement where applicable.

Insurance

Many extended health plans offer partial or full coverage for counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Clients are encouraged to confirm coverage details directly with their insurance provider prior to booking.

Evans-Carlson Counselling provides receipts for reimbursement following payment. Sessions are currently offered virtually across British Columbia, with in-person counselling available in Lake Cowichan.

Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.

If you are feeling unwell, experiencing an emergency, or running into unexpected circumstances, please reach out as soon as you are able. Evans-Carlson Counselling understands that life happens and aims to approach cancellations with clarity and compassion whenever possible.
