Therapeutic Approach

David specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate relationships, intimacy, sexuality, and identity with greater clarity and connection. Drawing primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, he helps clients strengthen emotional bonds, improve communication, and work through challenges in a practical, collaborative way.

Whether you're exploring sex and intimacy, ethical non-monogamy, purity culture, or gender and relationship dynamics, David strives to create a warm, affirming space where honest conversations can happen without judgment.
